2. Insert thumbs into index loops from below, and return with near index strings.

3. Lift lower near thumb string (that goes straight across) off thumbs, past upper thumb strings.

4. Insert little fingers into index loops from below, and return with far index strings.

5. Insert a toe into little finger loop, and pull far little finger string downward.

6. Remove lower little finger strings (that go to the toe) from little fingers, past upper little finger loops.

7. Release index loops.
