This method is my own reconstruction.
1. Opening A.
2. Pass indexes away over little finger loops, down behind far little finger string, and forward under little finger and index loops, and insert into thumb loops from above. Return with far thumb strings, by turning indexes away and up.
3. Release thumb loops.
4. Pass thumbs away under index loops, and insert into little finger loops from below. Return with near little finger strings.
5. Insert thumbs into upper index loops from below, and return with upper near index strings.
6. Remove lower thumb loops from thumbs, past upper loops.
7. Release upper index loops.
8. Pass thumbs over index loops, and insert into little finger loops from below. Return with near little finger strings.
9. Insert indexes into thumb loops from below, and return with far thumb strings (not the palmar strings).
10. Caroline extension.
[Stanley 1926] has a figure called "The Wallaby", which comes out similar to this figure, but not quite the same. This reconstruction grafts the end of Stanley's figure onto the beginning of "The Rock of Waondeli" from [Compton 1919] (figure VIII). To make Stanley's "Wallaby," do the first four steps of Two Coco-Nuts, and then continue with the above instructions, starting at step 4.
